Management Services Administrator

HOA Assessments
The Stony Oak Homeowners Association, Inc. monthly assessment is $57.00 if paid by the 20th of the month. After the 20th, a late fee of $5.70 is charged to your account.
New property owners are required to pay the first quarter dues ($171.00) at the time of closing. There is also an initiation fee and a processing fee. The new home owner will receive a New Home Owners Packet.

This form is to be filled out by all property owners and renters. It is the contact form used by the HOA for HOA business and emergencies.
